Students will be required to read the “Device User Agreement” BEFORE coming to the bookstore to check out their device. This document is posted below. At check out, students will sign an electronic copy of the “Device User Agreement.”

Online students can request to have their device shipped to them through the online bookstore website www.iowacentral.edu/bookstore. The student’s minimum tuition payment must be paid and they will need to pay $45 to cover the shipping costs and additional insurance for the package to be sent to their address.
Students can return their devices during normal bookstore hours. Your device must be reset to factory settings BEFORE you return it. Click on the link below for instructions on how to reset your device. The reset process will take approximately 45-60 minutes.
